Participant Waiver & Community Guidelines

Voluntary Participation
By registering for or participating in Improv Playground classes, workshops, or events, participants acknowledge that improv activities may involve movement, group interaction, spontaneity, emotional expression, participation with other attendees, and other related activities. Participation in all activities is voluntary. Participants are responsible for participating within their own physical, emotional, and personal limits and may choose not to participate in any activity they are uncomfortable with.
Assumption of Risk
Participants voluntarily assume any ordinary risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless Improv Playground, Improv4Companies, Adam Rudder, and any associated venues or event spaces from liability for ordinary injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation.
Community Standards
Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, welcoming, and safe environment for everyone involved. Harassment, discriminatory behavior, unwanted physical contact, repeated disruption, intoxication/substance impairment, or violation of personal boundaries may result in removal from class or events without refund.
Right to Remove
Improv Playground reserves the right to refuse or remove participants whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to the experience of others.
Purpose of Classes
Improv Playground classes are intended for recreational, educational, and creative purposes and are not therapy or mental health treatment.
Photography & Recording
Photos or short video clips may occasionally be captured during classes or events for community, promotional, or social media purposes. If you have concerns about being photographed or recorded, please let us know.
Agreement
By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms.
